Free Taster Sessions 2020

There is a free offer taster session taster on Zoom on Monday 15th June at 6.00pm-7pm.

Mindfulness can help to manage stress, anxiety, depression, physical problems, sleep disorders and just increase a sense of wellbeing by using simple meditation and mindful movement practices.
